  • The City and developer reached a settlement in January 2025

  • Four out of a total 376 live trees on site will be preserved

  • Permission is granted for 59 three-storey street townhouse dwellings arranged in 10 blocks fronting onto a private condominium road.

  • More than the required minimum number of parking spaces will be provided to ensure spill over does not occur along Moorland Crescent and Burbridge Way

  • A revised tree protection plan will require the developer to provide compensation for any trees that must be removed

  • Increased setbacks to the northern and eastern property lines, namely:  Northerly side yard shall be a minimum of 9.2 metres for any dwelling unit’s rear wall and shall be a minimum of 4.5 metres for any end dwelling unit’s side wall.  Easterly setback shall be 7.5 metres.
